Rebuild or Replace

Hey every one, I just got an 86 savage from a buddy of mine for free ( I did some major work on his car).
The cam and rocker arms are worn real bad from lack of oil. My Question is should I try to rebuild it or replace it? I intend on doing the whole motor because I don't know the extent of the damage the low oil level caused. So If any one can help me make up my mind on which would be best please let me know.
